Hi Kathryn,

There is so much choice on the market today. We need to have a chat about what you need to use your computer for. There are many traps for young players We sell nothing but good advice, i.e. we don’t sell computers or promote any particular internet service provider. So we would have a chat and then research the market and advise a couple of choices at the budget you mention. We generally advise buy from a national retailer. Hello Team,

I was very impressed with your aproach, and helpful contribution in Mosman last week.
We, the late starters certainly need understanding, an support in this area.

I have been searching for a reliable advice to update my 6 year old laptop, for home use, possibly under $700.
Would you be able to give me some suggestions, also I’ll need a low priced printer/scanner/copier.
Value for money, and sales service would be a plus.
