Our principles of technology support ~

  • We have no commission arrangements with any computer sales, telephone company or internet service provider. We independently advise you which is the best for you, depending on your circumstances. We save you money by giving good advice.
  • Our job is to shoulder your technology worries, if there is further action required to follow up on a visit to you the customer, we will be proactive in closing those open issues.
  • We charge a professional but comparatively low rate. Our aim is to keep customers coming back as they require technology help.
  • We are punctual, open, communicative, neatly attired and pleasant to have visit your place. Dogs and children don’t bite us :-)
  • We don’t keep you the customer in the dark, we are excellent at resolving tech issues, but explain what we’re doing and why.
  • We make phone calls to companies like Telstra etc. for you, we are excellent on the phone at getting the best for you out of large technology companies.
  • We are open and knowledgeable about all mainstream technologies, PC or Mac, iPhone, iPad or Android as we personally own them all.
